Fast, friendly and same day service. Technician was very friendly, professional and skilled. The technician completed all the work in 25-35min, but they gouged me on price. Typically this repair is $225-$400, they charged me $750. Ironically my neighbor had this same repair done the next day and only paid $275 for 2 springs replaced also.

The person who came was fantastic and very knowledgeable. I did not know basic things how to enable the door after it is disabled or how to set up a remote and they helped with everything. Furthermore, finding out that my problem was simple they did not charge anything—recorded it a free door replacement estimate visit. Will definitely use those service I'm a future.

One of the springs broke and our car was in the garage! Called Precision and, they sent out their technician, Joey Albers. They sent a text message with Joe's picture and description (great service with all the scams going on) that he was on his way. Joey also phoned when he was about 20 minutes from arriving. When Joey arrived, he introduced himself and, immediately started explaining his service process in a very professional and understandable manor. He then examined the door very methodically and explained several issues he observed with the broken spring, cables, guides, drums, etc. He quickly explained the great amount of tension and energy the equipment was under the reasons for his concerns in an understandable way. Joey then entered his recommendations in his tablet and presented three detailed repair estimates. Being retired and having limited income, I chose to have Joey repair the immediate issues knowing I can have him return at a later date for the more extensive maintenance issues. Joey came prepared with all of the necessary parts he needed. He completed the repairs quoted in a very timely manner and cleaned up his work area, removing all the items replaced and put all in his truck. I watched Joey working(I retired from working construction for 45 years) and noted he uses proper tools and is very concerned with safety and, "doing the job right!" His knowledge of his work is second to none. I believe that Precision Door Service made an excellent decision in making Joey Albers an employee and they should continue to develop him to his full potential!

We called Precision Door regarding our garage door which broke and would not open. Kevin came out the very next morning and we discussed what would be the best solution. We decided to get a new garage door. Kevin was very informative and was very knowledgeable in the different solutions regarding pros and cons. The very next morning Aaron and Joey came out with the garage door and installed it for us. They were very professional and they also explained what they were doing. They also took the extra step to get the door we wanted. The most expressive was the owner of the company, John texted us and Thanked us for allowing them to service us. Precision Door did an exemplary job with a 'tune and lube' servicing of the garage door opener they installed two years ago. I inquired into an appointment via their website on Sunday afternoon and a short time later that day received a call from them to schedule an appointment. I received an awesome photo and biography of Tyler via text an hour or so before he arrived - enjoyed learning more about him via this bio. Tyler, the service professional that installed the garage door and opener, completed the 'tune and lube' on a Saturday morning. Tyler explained everything thoroughly and verified that I had the correct type of lubricant to lube the door twice a year myself. Very professional with reasonable pricing. Precision Door is our go-to for any garage door/opener needs!

Brent came today to repair the door where a center bracket came loose that helps hold the long rod with the springs at the front of the door. He did a great job analyzing and fixing this problem. Very pleased with his work and professionalism. Precision uses quality spring powder coated components which held up and did not need replaced which is why I now only go to this company for garage door work. He was glad I called and did not attempt to work on this myself. And to my surprise -- this fix was covered under warranty!
