Joey, the repair technician, showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was very professional and explained what needed to be repaired and why. He was very courteous and friendly, too. I saw a Precision truck at a neighbor's, and called them to replace an old broken key pad. Kevin O. was on time, pleasant to speak to, answered all my questions confidently and knowledgeably, matched the new key pad to the existing brand, programmed in our code, AND lubed our door opener device. All seemingly in minutes, without effort, and at less than half the expected cost from a competitor. Couldn't be more satisfied.

I called Lebanon Pewcision Door today in need of immediate repairs. Amanda took my call and was friendly, cooperative, and efficient. She told me that Tyler would be there between 2 & 4 the same day. He arrived adead of schedule and determined the problem, gave me my options. Repair or replace and I chose replace because mine was 20 + years old. His work was efficent and had me up and running very little time. He showed me the operations etc. even programmed my car control. And God bless these folks, they gave me a veterans discount.

I heard your advertisement on the radio then went on line to get more info. Saw you were local and had a 5 star rating. I had called the company who put the unit in initially. I found the person who came lacked interpersonal skills then only quoted me a total replacement cost which was totally out of my reach financially. Brian Payne is the gentleman who came out. He was professional and easy to communicate with. He gave me multiple options with costs - all far more affordable. I was able to keep the original door then have new opener unit and controllers replaced. I was pleasantly surprised that he could do option I chose that same day. He thoroughly and clearly explained how to use the wall unit and individual controllers. Also explained the warranty information. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for professional and affordable work.

When the weather turned cold my garage door would not go all the way up unless I held the remote and helped left it at the same time. Precision garage door arrived on time. They had called me ahead of time and given me a notice of 30 minutes. The repairman was very professional and had quickly adjusted the garage door opener’s and the door worked fine again. I would definitely use them again.

The response time for getting the quotes and having the work done was excellent (3 days from initial contact to completion of work). I had two 20 year old garage doors that needed to be replaced along with all the hardware (springs/tracks) and one opener. The installer arrived on time and within 4 hours had the new garage doors and opener installed and the garage cleaned up. Those doors are ready for another 20 years of service.
