When my garage spring broke at night, I called Precision. I was able to get on the schedule and was repaired in less than 24 hrs. It was important to me to get replacement springs that could handle the many open/close cycles that come with family life. I don't want to have to worry about new springs. Alex was my technician. Very courteous. Listened to what I wanted to do and was able to swap out my old/broken spring with new ones within a few hours.

Great all around service and experience. Had the springs go out on my garage door. Called for an appointment and one was available the next day. Excellent communication on appointment times and even sent reminders to email and text. Will, the installer, was wonderful. He explained everything and even broke down piece by piece pricing. Precision Door service technician Joey Albers came on time, very professional, polite, knowledgeable. Explained different options related to our problem with the garage door: with a short term solution and what is the best option without pushing me toward the most expansive option. Joey was very precise, did an excellent job. He worked non- stop in this cold weather. After he explained everything to me how it’s working and gave me info on the warranties and registration. Would highly recommend this company and especially Joey Albers to everyone . Extremely pleased with his services.
