Bryan Payne was my Precision Door Technician who repaired my garage door. A power outage caused my garage door to malfunction. Bryan arrived in the scheduled time frame. I didn’t have an owner’s manual so he emailed one to me. He answered all my questions. The backup battery was less than 4 years old. He replaced it at no charge because the battery life should have been longer. He also corrected an unleveled previous motor installation problem. Bryan was extremely courteous and professional. I highly recommend Bryan to everyone! You will be pleased!

Tyler Lung went above and beyond the usual service expert. He was very respectful and patient in his explanation of our issues. He took care of the two issues we needed help with and gave us honest opinions on what our best options were. He didn’t try to sell us on something we didn’t need. We very much appreciated him. Side note: our boxer Duncan must have known he was a good guy because he didn’t bark at him and quietly laid down and watched him.

Tyler Lung came to my house last week to replace the seals around both doors. 2 days later, one door opener wouldn't work. Tyler came back this morning. Unrelated to what he did last week, the wires to one of the beam sensors were corroded. Tyler fixed connections in minutes. He is very knowledgeable and gets the job done fast.
