Service person very polite. Looked at the problem, advised me that he would need to call for assistance from another coworker based on what he saw. I showed him my receipt and he understood that work on my door had been performed recently. The other serviceman arrived and the two of them corrected the problem. The young man explained what had been done and advised me that if there was any other problem it would be because of the motor. We had a nice chat about baseball, I thanked him and off he went.

Mike Kelleher and his partner came to our house, and were so warm, friendly, personable, and respectful. They advised us what we needed, and corrected ALL our issues. They were truly fabulous workers as they explained each item that needed repair/review. In addition, we loved all the reminders about the service appointment, and really liked the fact they called 15 minutes before arrival time. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.
