Two comments regarding today's service experience. 1. Positive: The gentleman who came to my house, Jeffrey Barrales, was the epitome of professionalism. He was knowledgeable, respectful, kind, extremely friendly, patient and informative. You have a client service gem in Jeffrey. 2. Negative: I have a Genie garage door system. When I called your company for the service appointment, I was not asked for the name of my garage door so that I could be advised that replacement parts for a Genie were extremely limited if even that. While Jeffrey was able to provide an overall check (a very thorough job), the Genie part(s) that I would need to solve the problem (safety reverse not working) were not something your company carries. If I had chosen to proceed, I would have had to incur a much greater expect by replacing the entire unit with the brand your company carries. I rechecked your website and couldn't find any reference to your product focus. Even if I missed it, I respectfully state that the approach is rather disingenuous.

I had just moved into a new home and the first day one of the posts holding the garage door tracks came crashing down. I called a couple places to see what I could do, if I needed to replace the door, etc. After looking through Precisions site I was sold they were going to be the best fit to come and check it out. Brian and Anton showed up and I couldn’t have asked for a better team. Although it was a bit of a challenge because of the door size, garage size and everything, he came up with a great plan to replace the opener and make sure the existing bracers were super secure. Within 2 days (only because of a parts delay) I have a brand new door opener that’s 1000x better and feel so much more comfortable knowing I have reputable and awesome technicians like Brian and Anton to rely on if something happens in the future.

I really like this company, they communicate very well so you know when within a window the will come, then you get a call from the Technician when he is on his way with an approximate time he will arrive and finally I get a text reminder and a text confirming the technician was on his way along with a picture of the technician and some information about him. Jared our technician was great to work with, explained options very clearly and made sure we were comfortable with the work he did before leaving. It was an excellent experience
