Kyle gave me adequate notice when he would be arriving and arrived shortly after. Introduced himself and proceeded to solve my problem. Explained the manual operation of the door using the emergency operator and I realized what I did wrong. A simple fix! Said there would be no charge. Consistent with my past experiences with Precisions employees Kyle was a true caring professional . Thank you Pecision!!

I love your service. You keep me informed with every step and it is comforting to know where the technician is and when he will arrive. SUGGESTION: The motor mechanism was beeping because the battery was low but there was no way for me to know where the beeping was coming from. There should be a flashing light to indicate where it is coming from. There are several electrical machines in my garage and I could not tell where the beep was located. I had to call the generator people 1irst, which cost me $170 for a visit, and the serviceman stayed for 1/2 hour AND SEARCHED ALL POSSIBLE CAUSES AND IT WAS HE WHO LOCATED THE CAUSE OF THE BEEP AND TOLD ME IT WAS THE GARAGE MOTOR. If you had a flashing indicator, I would have known immediately where the beep was coming from and could have saved myself a service call from another company. Please consider adding that you your motors in the future.

Great experience. I reached out and setup an appointment. I received a text with the technician Alex’s information. Shortly after that, he called to let me know he was on his way. Alex was very informative and explained everything to me. He installed my new keypad and setup the remotes for me. From start to finish it was a pleasure dealing with your company. Will be in touch in the Spring when it’s time to install a new garage door.

Jared was excellent. He found the problem with our garage door opener in 2 minutes (stripped gear). Since all 3 of our garage door openers were 20 years old, we decided to replace them all. Jared gave a firm and reasonable price. He did a quality job, programmed all 6 (!) remotes, spent time at the end explaining how everything works and helped us customize settings. Jared was very professional and was not in a rush, even though he was here over 4 hours. Highly recommend Jared & Precision.
