I am giving you a 5 star rating because your technicians have always been extremely polite, courteous, informative and answer my hundred questions with ease. I have used your company services at least 3 times and have always been impressed by the professionalism of the staff. This time around my garage door did not open and the technician called us in advance of coming and asked "permission" and my approval to come at a certain time. What a novel idea! He also identified that it was not the motor on my garage door opener that was creating problems, but a very frayed wire that was ready to pop and that would have been a disaster. He went as far as teaching us how to check the wires periodically (we weren't doing this) and how to lubricate the rollers (we weren't doing this either!). All in all, a great job done to our satisfaction.

The problem I had was fixed but I'm having problems with the sensor now - it doesn't seem to be lined up correctly. I called and tried to have him return but I have not heard from you. The girl I spoke said some one will call me back and as of yet I have heard from no one
