Our experience with Precision Garage Door Service was excellent. The dispatcher kept us updated on the arrival of the service tech and the tech called to let us know he be here in about 20 minutes. He arrived in about 20 minutes. Not our usual experience with service techs. The service tech, Daniel Flores, made us comfortable and confident that he understood the problem and could resolve it. When he was finished our problem with the door’s security system and another with the pulleys he had found and explained to us were fixed. The garage door is working better than it has in at least 10 years. We highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

I had another great experience using Precision Garage Door Service! Alex Berk came to install new Springs. The secretary on the phone was super nice. Set up an appointment that worked for me. Alex gave me a heads up phone call. Diagnosed my problem and had all the parts right on his truck. They give you a price before they start and usually there are a few alternatives. Done in about 45 minutes. Takes all debris with him. I highly recommend this company and Alex!

He is no only knowledgeable but quick to answer any questions or concern and put us at ease. Jeff did a great job not only on the repair but explaining the intricacies of the garage door and how it works. Great job by Mr Barrales. Isaac arrived promptly at the scheduled time, inspected the condition of our 2 garage doors, and provided me with estimates for 3 options to choose from. After I choose an option, Isaac proceeded to replace the damaged parts to fix the doors. Both doors are working fine now.
