Mike Kelleher and his partner came to our house, and were so warm, friendly, personable, and respectful. They advised us what we needed, and corrected ALL our issues. They were truly fabulous workers as they explained each item that needed repair/review. In addition, we loved all the reminders about the service appointment, and really liked the fact they called 15 minutes before arrival time. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

Garage door fell apart this morning at 10am. Precision Door had someone here by 12:45. I was called 30 minutes before arrival. I was greeted by Gafur who wasted no time to look at the damage make an assessment then explain everything to me. I was presented with different estimates based on my needs and wants. Work was completed in a respectful amount of time (especially on a hot and humid day). Gafur reviewed all the work with me, showed how everything works, including the emergency release if I can't get out... All in all very pleased with everything. Would definitely recommend.

We chose Precision because they were local, got good reviews, had a good BBB rating, and they were so responsive. Kyle called to say he was free earlier than scheduled, arrived on time, listened to the problems we were having with our door, and evaluated the system. He explained the issues he saw and went over all our options. Then he was able to do the work immediately. I had thought I'd need to make another appointment! He even had a colleague deliver some materials so he could finish the whole job. Kyle was professional, courteous, and helpful. He did a great job and our garage door works again.

Wanted Local company, with good Credentials and ratings, so I chose Precision. Made an appt. for next day repair with one call to local telephone listing, I was confirmed by E mails and texts for appt. and Technician Jeffrey B. called me to see if he could come a little early. Jeff was respectful, well spoken, was friendly and seemed to know his Job very well. He gave several estimates for repair so we could make a choice. I selected work to be done and Jeffrey made repairs within his estimate of time. Door with repairs of new springs, new cables, and pulleys was adjusted and lubricated and worked very smoothly. From the first visit with Mike to install day with Julian, the communication was above and beyond. The garage door and door opener install took about 3 hours, both men were extremely pleasant and left the work site immaculate.
