Wow I cannot say enough. Sunday night watching the Bills beat the Jets, Go Bills. There was a really loud noise in the Garage. I looked around and nothing had fallen of the walls. So It must have been outside. So I hit the Garage door opener and the door went up about 6 inches then nothing down it went. I then realized the noise was the Garage door spring. I went in and found Precision Garage door repair. I called the number and a very pleasant woman answered and took my information and scheduled me for noon Monday. At 10 am the technician called and asked if he could come early. So at 10:20 am Monday he started to replace the spring system. By 11:15 the spring was replaced and we were as good as new. Great experience would recommend to everyone. Thanks for being a great company.

Anthony came to repair my garage door within an hour and a half of my call. He explained everything regarding the repair and cost, and did not try to sell me anything I didn't need (new opener or door). He did an excellent job replacing the necessary parts and finished the job in a timely manner. I would recommend Precision, and particularly Anthony, to anyone in need of garage door servicing.

Precision Garage Door was professional and efficient from the start. It was great to be able to talk with a representative instead of leaving a message for a call back. Contact was excellent, to include immediate texts for confirmation of service scheduled for the same day to the contact from Steve, our assigned service technician. (First by telephone with a follow-up text that included a picture of him.) Steve was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He made recommendations with regard to garage door openers, we made the choice, he installed it, and cleaned up the work area. I received a thank you email for our business, as well as, a very professional invoice.
