Did a good job installing new garage doors , only problem was the bottom seal on garage door did not seal all of garage floor so now I have to go and get a larger bottom seal for door.

I recently had an issue with my garage door in which I had a service call from a competing company where they told me I needed to purchase a new garage door. A friend of mine recommend to contact Precision based on them utilizing them at their home. After contacting Precision, Anthony Femano arrived to my house and stated my garage door was in great shape and just needed a simple and much cheaper rebuild. Anthony was very friendly and patient with me to walk me through my options and what was best for me. I was greatly satisfied and would highly recommended Precision!

Our springs broke over night. I called Precision in the morning and they sent Anthony by noon. A new system was installed by 2:30. Anthony ran into a snag and called a coworker, Logan, who also came to help remedy the issue. Their teamwork and care to get the job done right will have me calling again should I need them.

Mike from Precision was great!! Showed up early, diagnosed the problem, which couldn’t be fixed, suggested a new opener, which he had with him, installed it, along with new exterior keypad, and was done in less than 2 hours. Couldn’t ask for more, or better, service.
