Process was handled well from initial weekend email inquiry through scheduling, re-scheduling at my request, inspection and performance of work. The spring on my garage door broke, and my car was trapped inside. I found Precision online and liked that they do background checks and drug test their employees. I called, and they said that they could be out the same day. I was given a four-hour window for their arrival. They sent me a text with the name (Scott) and photo of the technician they were sending. He gave me a call, found out what the issue was, and said he’d be here in 35 minutes. Scott was on time, polite, and friendly. He explained what was wrong and how to fix it. He didn’t try to sell me things that I didn’t need, which I greatly appreciate. I highly recommend Precision and Scott. Their same-day service saved me from missing work.

Scott Fowler was extremely helpful and informative on your products. We did order through him our doors and door openers. Michael Holbok was the tech who was prompt on installation day. He was very efficient and polite. We had a minor problem that Scott resolved right away. We highly recommend Precision ! Absolutely love our doors !!
