My service tech Alan arrived on time, assessed my problem and offered options for repair. The work was completed quickly and the problem solved. This is my second time using Precision (I have 3 garage doors) and will definitely use them again if needed.

The best thing they carry most parts on their trucks so no repeat visit was required. Jeff was methodical and went over and above checking every component even on the other door which we hadn’t called them out for to ensure they were working correctly.
