I purchased this door in 2005. This is the first time i had to have anything done with it. This door is used every day and works flawlessly. Jeff Clemente was the service technician that came to repair the broken spring. He was polite and professional. He is a great asset to the company. Hoping to get many more years out of this door.

Micheal came out to my house just hours after I scheduled an appt to fix my garage opener. As it happens my opener was 20 years old and well passed the 10 years expected life. He explained that I needed to replace it. He showed me 3 options and I picked the one I thought was best for me. He installed the product within a few hours. He reviewed how to use it and programmed the 2 remotes as well as the remote attached to the outside of my garage. Micheal was very nice and professional and clearly knew what he was doing. All in all it was a good experience and would recommend the company to whoever needs your services.

You guys completely screwed me with your prices. Precision was always my first call when I had an issue and I never price shipped thinking you guys were an honest company. I was charged $642 to install ONE spring. The very next day my neighbor had the exact spring failure that I did and got BOTH SPRINGS AND BEARING DONE FOR $550!!! They used the same springs that you guys used also. I will be writing reviews everywhere and spreading the word to my neighbors as well.

Ryan was awesome explained to me in detail what he was going to do to remedy the problem. He was courteous and friendly and listened to my complaints and answered all my questions. Told him this was the third company I called the other one didn’t respond back and the other one diagnosed problem over phone which was not even close to be accurate and that’s after they cancelled on me twice. Highly recommend Ryan and Precision garage door service. Purchased a sensor but not an option on the list

We experienced a problem recently with our original 1999 installed garage door opener after purchasing our home in mid September. I contacted Precision Door Service Company the next day after the garage door became inoperable. The staff was very polite and accommodating in the need for addressing our problem. They arranged for a technician to come the same day of my call. Upon arriving, Luke clearly explained the options and replaced the opener. When our garage door opener was due for a replacement, we turned to Precision Garage Door Company since they replaced our previous opener in a quality manner. Since our garage is located below our master bedroom, it was important to find a replacement that ran quietly when the door was in operation. After meeting with Precision, we decided on a Lift Master Belt driven opener. Although the expense for the best model was higher than the basic opener, it provided what we needed with a few extra features. Having a charged battery to allow the door to operate when the power goes out, and a bright LED light with an on and off sensor, etc. were features we wanted. Precision did a thorough job with the installation, and the staff had excellent contact with us throughout. I was unable to use the key pad to open my garage door. I also wanted general maintenance done to be sure it is working properly. Your garage door expert, Luke, was polite and professional. He was also very knowledgeable. This is my first garage door experience, and I am thankful that Luke explained the door's functions in detail. I appreciate the time he spent repairing the communication board, which allowed the key pad to begin working properly. The email and text updates are a helpful tool.
