Came across Precision Service online, and chose them almost immediately because of the excellent reviews, and what is very important to me, ease of scheduling your appointments online, without the need to call anyone. It was also very helpful that the company texted and emailed you when the technician was on the way, gave an estimated time of arrival, and you had an option to track their travel progress and ETA online, so that there are no surprises for early arrivals. All these features were very important to me, a busy working mom. The technician, Kevin, was very friendly and professional. Figured out the issue right away and completed the job in an efficient manner. The experience was truly a very pleasant one.
