The service was great Xavier Ramirez the technician was very good and informative gave me options for the repair very satisfied with his suggestions the only thing you need to look at is change the flyer coupon on the opener you don’t have lift master opener you now have genie therefore coupon does not apply other than that very satisfied with repair

Precision Garage Door has exceeded my expectations. Initial appt request was responded to very quickly, my tech Mike arrived as expected, listened attentively, addressed my concerns, explained my options, made suggestions but never pressured me. I had time to weigh my next steps and then he promptly returned when I was ready and installed my new opener which is quiet, has keypad, two remotes and WiFi.
