Explained all options but was honest in saying our motor was still very good. Jeff was very positive, clean and respectful of our property and did a good job replacing springs. Highly Recommend

Sean and John that installed 2 LiftMaster garage door units today, 9/11/24, did a wonderful job. Professional, clean, easy to understand various directions - clearly both men knew what they were doing and did so without hesitation. We chose Precision since we used them 2 other times at 2 different home locations. The Company's workmanship speaks for itself. When you find a good company to work with, why go elsewhere? Your service men were very dedicated to their installations, very clean, had no problem understanding our new units when they communicated how these units operate. Very glad we chose Precision again!

Left without programming one of the remotes for the garage. When we called, they wouldn't send him back. We have to wait till next week to have somebody come back out. If you have two garage doors and two remotes, why wouldn't you program them both he left one of them unopened in a bag. we paid a premium price of $1200 to replace just one motor. You would think at that price we would get by star service.

They arrived when they said they said they would. The technician Matthew was quite helpful, courteous, and walked me through every step of what had to be done. The job is to install a full lock assembly on an existing garage door that never had a lock assembly. The price quoted for the work was more than fair. We had a power outage so I needed to open our garage door manually. The 'pulldown' was not working correctly, hence I couldn't open the door to get my car out. I called the garage door place that I usually use, but they were not able to send someone out. The receptionist was kind enough to suggest Precision. I called and within an hour, their tech Sean Sotelo arrived and was able to diagnose the problem. It was a simple fix, but one which I would not have been able to figure out myself. He was so nice and professional. You will definitely be my go to for any future issues. Sean was also kind enough to give me an estimate for a new opener that has a battery back up should I wish to do that at some point. Will definitely be looking to have that done in the near future. Thank you so much for your help!

I was only expecting to get the key pad fixed but ended up get so much more work done. It was a pleasure working with him. Below I wasn't given the option of selecting multiple products.
