Major issue with shredded cable, pulley damage and spring dislodgment. Picked Precision from Google. Customer service from the get go was superb from the service rep answering the phone to arranging next day service to the appointment communications (touched base multiple times to confirm appointment, arrival time, who was coming, etc. ) to the repair examination to explanation of repair options/cost to repair completion AND leaving my garage neat and cleaned up. Full and complete discussion on options, warrants, etc. Would DEFINITELY call Precision in the future if needed. Now for the tech: Luke kept in touch about arrival time and stuck to it. Very personable, polite and extremely knowledgeable. Offered AND explained options in layman’s terms; performed required repairs; cleaned up afterwards and was a pleasure to work with. Easy online ability to make appointment to replace my 25 year old garage door opener. We were notified early the next morning our technician Dave was on way.
