My garage door spring broke 7pm and I called the emergency # that Precision had put on the inside of the door. I was able to make an appointment for the next morning. Mike my tech arrived on time with great communication before hand. By 10:30 my garage door was repaired as agreed on. As part of the repair Mike not only took care of the door with the issue, but also inspected and lubricated my other door. Overall a very pleasant experience.

I had been using a different vendor for many years to repair my garage door. I did not realize the sub par work they were doing on my garage door until David Paz from Precision Garage Door showed up on my doorstep. David took my broken down garage door and performed his magic on it. After he completed resolving all the problems with the door I was stunned by the door’s performance. When David first arrived he was friendly and very professional. He took his time examining the door and the opener. He then presented multiple options along with pricing to resolve the myriad of problems. There was no pressure to choose any of the options yet David took his time answering my questions about a couple of the options. I had chosen to have all the recommended repairs done and to have a new opener installed. Half way through the job when all the repairs had been made David demonstrated the functioning of the door. I was shocked by its performance. After effortlessly lifting this 16’ door it started to go up by itself. I thought he had installed the opener, but he hadn’t. The new springs and hardware along with David’s expertise in balancing the door made a world of difference. After finishing installing the new door opener the garage door went from a loud noisy underperforming door to a smoothly and whisper quiet highly functioning garage door. David was a miracle worker.
