Poor. The technician came over upon my call. All I needed was a little adjustment in my door because it was closing uneven. The guy offered me a $348 plan to do maintenance on the door and fix it. I said no. Then he offered me a $144 plan which I don’t know what did it include. I said ok. In 5 minutes he fixed it. Horrible if I had said yes to the $348. Guys, please don’t do that.

Our garage door cable snapped on the Sunday of Labor Day weekend. We called Precision and Sarah was able to schedule an appointment for us that afternoon. Michael Dillon arrived within an hour and repaired the broken cable and also replaced our worn garage door springs. He also repaired the garage door lock that had been difficult to use. Michael was professional and pleasant to work with. We appreciate that Precision was able to help us on a holiday weekend without an extra charge. When we are ready for a new garage door and opener, we will definitely contact Precision.
