Customer service is obviously a top priority for Precision Door. From the first phone call, texts along the way and finally the service call, everything was top notch. The technician, Xavi, arrived early (after calling to see if that would be okay). He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We only needed a battery backup replacement this time, but he evaluated both our doors, did some routine maintenance and determined they did not need any further work. I needed to replace my single car garage door and all of the components, so I contacted several garage door companies. I was pleased with the entire experience I had with Precision, from my first call to set up the estimate, to the completion of the job. The tone was set with my initial visit with Precision’s expert, Damien Gilbertson. Damien arrived as scheduled and after evaluating my garage door needs, he provided me with a detailed explanation as to the work required and offered me several options. After discussing my needs Damien provided me with the estimate and explained the payment plan. After several estimates, I chose Precision as they provided the best value for my dollar and the lead time to get the job completed. The appointment was made to replace the garage door within the estimated lead time. The installer’s team was led by Nicholas Thayer. They arrived on schedule and I was very satisfied with their workmanship. Upon completion of the job, Nick explained to me the unlocking mechanism on my garage door opener and all of the remnants of the old garage door were cleaned up and carted away by Precision.
