He explained everything so I could understand it and did not push anything on me that I didn't want at this time. He was quick and efficient and I so very nice. Precision Garage Door Service is outstanding! I called for service and had a Technician (Grant Barr) come the next day at 8am. Grant was extremely professional, polite and explained in detail exactly what repairs I needed and what the cost would be after a very detailed inspection. Then he immediately started the repairs while I sat in my chair in the garage drinking my morning coffee. He continued to work and explain what he was doing. I really enjoyed our conversations. Grant is a great communicator and makes sure what he does works properly. Precision Garage Door Service is who I will use in the future. Great customer service!

everything that was discussed was explained and understood. All my questions were answered and the job exceeded my expectations. The door was put on securely with extra support and stability including making the door higher by 3" and having it close completely. Due to the foundation shifting it was difficult for me to think it would be possible to have it close completely. Brendan and his workers were very polite & was a great person to do business with. Highly recommend to anyone that is unsure of how a garage door is put in. These guys were amazing and nice!

Jake is the best. Our house had a power surge due to lightning and it fried a lot of important things in our home - including our garage door motor that has been there for 27 years (Yet this happens in our second year of homeownership). Jake was super personable while at the house and even offered to pick us up some coffee when he called and said he was on the way. He was super informative and kind to both my husband and I. I didn't even want to price shop because we both liked Jake so much and trusted him. Now, I have a pretty new garage motor that should work for a long time. Thank you Jake, we appreciate you!!

Precision Garage Door is the only way to go! They a quality company with excellent customer service. My insulated garage door was squeaking just a bit too much. The representative came out did some minor tuning and lubing and no more squeaks. He also reminded me to get the doors checked at least twice a year. Thank you

I have had 2 other companies put a band-aid on the problem. Brendon pointed out the cause with a fix but went beyond to suggest a seven year warranty fix to make a very old not so great garage door more stable. I normally hate to be upsold but this was an option that I couldn't refuse and they provided no interest financing. I'm so relieved to have this fixed. Thanks Brendon

Very impressed with the speed of their service. I called and got a next day quote on a new door system. Pricing was reasonable and I didn’t feel like the technician tried to oversell the product. There was no pressure and he worked with me to meet my needs and budget. Technician communicated delays due to weather and was apologetic they had to delay installation by one day due to an ice storm. There was an old panel hanging on my garage wall (extra material) was forgotten and the technician came back after install was complete to pick it up. I felt like the technician went above what would normally be expected. Highly recommend the company!

There isn’t a better tech than those at Precison. Brendan came out first to help and after he left there was a small hiccup. Brendan and two other techs, who I don’t know their names I apologize, came out after five and stayed until after six and resolved the issue, which wasn’t their fault to begin with. Way above and beyond. I couldn’t recommend more.
