Precision Garage Door is the only way to go! They a quality company with excellent customer service. My insulated garage door was squeaking just a bit too much. The representative came out did some minor tuning and lubing and no more squeaks. He also reminded me to get the doors checked at least twice a year. Thank you

The technician was very polite and knowledgeable. BUT. according to my web search, the cost to replace the springs SHOULD be $150. - $350. Average $250, parts and labor included . Prior to a small military discount, I was charged $625.!!! About 1 hours work. I recommend calling around for a quote 1st as I should have.

At the Lawn and Garden Show some of your staff was there greeting people. I asked them about replacing a garage door pad. they said they would be happy to look into the problem and offered a free visit. Brendon an employee came at noon on Monday to look at the garage door pad. It was not in working order. He replaced it in a matter of minutes. Brendon was kind, concerned that I had been with out the garage door pad for over a year, because the Landlord said it wasn't necessary. I am 80 years old and yes it is necessary. Brendon is the perfect example of how you would want your employee to service clients and do a good job. All the while being kind, courteous and explaining every detail. Thank you for your service representative, Brendon. He is an asset to your organization.
