I discover the broken spring at 5am, car stuck in the garage. Distraught, called the 24hr number. appt scheduled same day between 9-11 Jake called at 8:45 saying his 15 min out do I need to pick you up any coffee. (Talk about customer service :) ) I decline, Jake arrives at 9am onetime. Helps gets my wife's car out of the garage. After the inspection, both springs and weather stripping replaced. Door works great. Will be calling again for a few recommended upgrades. Chuck Buffalo Missouri
