Grant came out on a rainy Saturday- was able to help us upgrade to a new opener as ours decided it no longer wanted to work. I appreciated Grants’s knowledge and experience as he worked and got us up and going again. When we decide to work on our other garage door, we’ll definitely be using Precision Garage Door!!!

Our garage door stopped working for us so I looked for service on the Internet. I found Precision and read the great reviews. Called on a Monday and an appointment was scheduled for the next day. Brendon came out right on time. He took 10 photos of the troubled areas, and performed a safety checklist of 26 items. He then determined which needed replacement and repair. We were given 3 options of service with full descriptions of each. We chose what was best for us. Brendon completed his work and showed us the new rollers, the new weather seal, the new safety eyes, and that each opener device worked, We highly recommend this company.
