Called Precision Garage Door to come out and look at our garage door. They sent Grant and he was here within 2 hours of us calling. He assessed the situation and gave us some options and when we decided the route to take Grant started working and was through in less time than he told us. He did a great job, was very professional and easy to work with. We definitely will use Precision Garage Door if we need help in the future!

Grant came out on a rainy Saturday- was able to help us upgrade to a new opener as ours decided it no longer wanted to work. Josey came out Memorial Day and diagnosed my problem. Both springs were broke and my opener was shot. My door had seen better days as well. He gave me several options to choose from to fix it. So I opted for the whole package, new door, new opener and new springs, etc, etc. He was very knowledgeable. He and his partner came and installed everything and it is absolutely perfect. They were both so nice and professional. He got all my fancy stuff set up for me too. From my car to my phone. I appreciate that a lot! Thanks a bunch Josey and partner (can't remember his name) ???? A spring had broken on my garage door. I called Precision Garage Door this morning and they were able to send a technician this afternoon to fix it, which was unbelievable since most companies do not work on Saturdays. Grant Barr was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. He assessed the situation, went over my options and had my door fixed within an hour! We purchased our home in Branson last summer, and were not satisfied with the color of our garage doors. We considered painting them, but decided to purchase new ones to protect the value of our house. We intended to take one of our doors and put it in the back of the house to create a John Deere room. I called the office approximately at 8:30 Monday morning. The lady that I spoke with said that someone would be out to fix my broken spring between 1 and 3 pm. The technicians showed up on time and did a preliminary review of my door, springs, rollers, safety equipment, and door opener. My system was approximately 19 years old. It appeared that 3 rollers, the broken spring, and the bearings guiding the wires lifting the door were broken or had ended their lives. The technicians took pictures and reviewed three options on repairs. I agreed with the option that replaced all of the broken items. This required approximately 45 minutes to repair. In the end, they pointed out what they had replaced and demonstrated that everything worked now. I would recommend using their business again as they were professional and the charges were reasonable.
