We had to have our garage door opener replaced, and the door beefed up. Adrain was very good. We appreciate how business like he was. Even though it was very hot he still had a good personality. He is a credit to your business.

I had Adrian out today to fix our garage door. He replaced the torsion bar system with a standard system with two springs, which will now make the door function much better. He was very knowledgeable and explained things to our satisfaction. We'll use Precision again in the future!!!!!!

My garage door was extremely noisy when opening and closing. The serviceman was able to tighten bolts, lubricate and installed new weatherstripping. And now it’s nice and quiet. Thank you Precision Doors, Job well done!

Service performed: Garage Door Repair. Thank you, however, I will never call Precision again. Although the technician was quite polite and made some recommendations, 208.00 dollars for 5-10 minutes of work is ridiculous. The technician was able to reload the cable onto the spool manually 'by hand' and did not have to re-tension the door. This is excessive and I will not call Precision again. I have never been charged such an exorbitant amount in my entire life for 10 minutes of work. This should have been a service call plus 25 dollars at the most. The 25 point inspection was also a total and complete lie, although the technician did make some brief recommendation. We got your business name and number from the phone book...could not be happier with your service from start to finish...the woman who answered our call was very efficient and answered all our questions. Our technician, Cody, arrived early and made necessary repairs. He also took the time to program the link from our car to the garage opener. He went beyond what was necessary & is appreciated!

Our door failed to open and we needed to have it worked on. We called and made an appointment for the next day at a convenient time for us. Your Technician called the next day and asked if he could come earlier, I said yes and he showed up and looked at what the problem was and then suggested two options. We chose the second one and he started repairing the door. When he was finished he showed me what was replaced and why. I called your company and was amazed when they said they will have a technician at my home within 2 hours. Jordan S. gave me a courtesy call to tell me he was in route to my home. I chose Precision Door because they could perform the repairs the same day. With the spring being broken, I was unable to get my car out of the garage so getting it fixed quickly was important. Repairman called ahead for permission to come early, was very cordial and efficient. He finished the job and was leaving before the original appointment time. Promptness is a a trait I highly admire.
