My garage door opener stopped working yesterday, Sunday. When I called and a very nice woman was able to schedule an appointment for this morning between 8 and 10 AM. Thomas arrived at about 8:20 AM and replaced the old and damaged parts and my garage door is working fine. I am very pleased with your service and will gladly recommend you to friends and neighbors. Our main garage door failed to open on a Friday evening, and a technician (Beau) was here the very next day, a Saturday, at Noon. He did a thorough inspection of both the main garage door and the golf cart door that are almost 10 years old. He determined that there were major repairs that needed to be done to both, including replacing both belts. The main one was completely broken, and the golf cart one was almost broken through. He was very knowledgeable. He explained clearly what he needed to do, and gave us a detailed estimate of what it would cost. He was very patient with answering all our questions. He cleaned up everything when he finished. I highly recommend this company if you ever need garage repair work done.
