Nicholas went over the repairs that were needed, providing the different options with costs never pressuring us. Chris arrived in a timely manor to make all repairs per our approved chosen options. Precision is not cheap. BUT, they do excellent work and are very fair. They present all options for work and pricing and give you the option to choose. The repairman was incredibly experienced and efficient. My garage door was dead in the water and they had it up and running within a few hours on the next business day. I will use this company from now on for all my garage door maintenance.

Precision Door Service was great and the tech did a wonderful job. My husband forgot to get his name, but he was professional, courteous and very knowledgable. He came out the same day we called and replaced our springs on our garage doors. Also, the receptionist that answered the phone was professional and friendly. Rob was the Repair person who worked on the adjustment that our garage door required. We were conveniently scheduled within and hour of our call and Rob called to let us know that he was on his way.
