My garage door opener stopped working yesterday, Sunday. When I called and a very nice woman was able to schedule an appointment for this morning between 8 and 10 AM. Thomas arrived at about 8:20 AM and replaced the old and damaged parts and my garage door is working fine. I am very pleased with your service and will gladly recommend you to friends and neighbors. This is the best service I have received in my 76 years of life. I called and got same day service which is unheard of in this area of North Central Florida. The technician was knowledgeable and very polite and helpful. He fixed a manufacturing defect in a 2 year old door and replaced all the already worn out plastic rollers. I will not buy another Wayne Dalton door, the quality they used to have is not there anymore. I bought the door during the pandemic, it took 6 months to get and it turned out to be very poor quality. I wish I had called Precision Doors to do the original installation!

Kevin was our technician. We found him to be extremely friendly, open and approachable. He explained the work he would be performing prior to beginning the task, along with the estimated time frame for completion, for which he achieved. Furthermore, he reviewed the completed repairs with us, explaining all the replaced parts and the warranty periods. Finally, he completely cleaned up his work area and replaced all of our personal items which he needed to move around to access the work area. Very happy with my service! I wanted a tune-up performed on my garage door as it was extremely loud and "screeched" as it opened and closed (which was insane considering it's a brand new garage door on a brand new house). Scott took the time to walk me through how to perform regular maintenance on my garage door so that I can identify when additional services will be required as well as extend the life of my garage.
