Jordan was the service technician that arrived to repair our garage door. We were relatively new to our home and therefore didn’t have any service history. Jordan evaluated the situation, diagnosed our problem and even had some recommendations since our garage door was aging. We were repaired that evening, he had all the parts necessary on his service van, Jordan even went the extra mile to do a few additional hinges to strengthen some weak areas. Jordan was informative, knowledgeable, polite, and very professional. Our garage door has been working great ever since!
