When we decided we needed to replace our 40+ yr old doors and openers we called Precision based on our daughter’s recommendation. She had her door repaired by Precision and said they were very honest and competent. And we totally agree! Everyone we worked with was very professional and friendly. Door Designers Laura and Scott helped us through the selection process. They took the time to answer all our questions and concerns. The Precision team kept us in a communication loop with status updates while we waited for our doors to be built. Installation was impeccable! Our technician, John, was fantastic! He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He is definitely an asset to Precision. Joel did an excellent job repairing our garage door. He showed us where the cable was damaged and explained exactly what he repaired and replaced. The garage door is so quiet now when it goes up and down. I love the new key pad and extra functions that make it so much more convenient and easy to use. Joel took the time to also show us these new functions and how to maintain the door and new keypad. I highly recommend having your door repaired by Precision. New cables, rollers, key pad, springs, garage door opener, remote…basically replaced everything that was broken.

Joel Mullen done a fantastic overhaul of my garage door. Only thing he did not replace was the door itself. Opener, springs, rollers, outside control, inside control, activated the control in my car. The new opener is sooo quiet. That's just what I wanted. Left the place clean and neat. I'm very satisfied. Thank you. Thank you, Thank you.
