Our main garage door failed to open on a Friday evening, and a technician (Beau) was here the very next day, a Saturday, at Noon. He did a thorough inspection of both the main garage door and the golf cart door that are almost 10 years old. He determined that there were major repairs that needed to be done to both, including replacing both belts. The main one was completely broken, and the golf cart one was almost broken through. He was very knowledgeable. He explained clearly what he needed to do, and gave us a detailed estimate of what it would cost. He was very patient with answering all our questions. He cleaned up everything when he finished. I highly recommend this company if you ever need garage repair work done.

I replaced the door opener and all the parts of the door to make it work properly. My garage door was not working as it should since it had been installed by another company in 2017. I love my precision garage door. It's beautiful and the color is perfect. I gave only a four-star for a couple different reasons, 1., I never give anybody a perfect score, there's always room for improvements. 2. is because of the misunderstanding and confusion when we first ordered the door. All was corrected to buy you guys. I recommend precision door to anyone who is shopping for garage doors. Beau and Dillan are the best they are great workers and they work really good together. Called for service before 7 am on a Saturday as my garage door was not working, and phone was answered promptly by a very pleasant, real person named Tim. Appointment made for service the same morning and technician Chris arrived right on time. He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional in diagnosing the problem with my garage door. After providing the estimate for the repairs, he went right to work (even in terrible heat) and finished in a timely manner. He explained my new system completely and provided options I could choose.
