I had planned to get another estimate on replacing my garage door opener but, after meeting Austin and discussing your service and products I went ahead and made a decision to go with precision thanks largely to Austin. Austin is very knowledable, polite, and a very good salesman, this coming from someone who spent 60 in sales and sales management. I would here him in a heart beat.

I call Precision Garage doors for a service call to re-install the chain witch came off from the motor who controls the opening and closing the garage door. The person came here in time he inspect the G. door rather than fixed it he gave me all kinds of sale job that i have to replace the whole mechanism for about $ 575 00 i ask him the call was to re-install the chain . he mention will cost additional $ 155.00 on top of the $ 49.00 for the service call . I paid him the $ 49.00 and told him to leave fast .I seen many snake salesman in my life . I would give this guy below one star , but gave him one star and I would never call Precision Garage doors again . I call Overhand Garage doors to see what needs to be done and re-install the chain in 1/2 hour work, he said nothing wrong the mechanism everything is working fine . The service Call was $ 99 .00 total !!!

Precision was the first company we called (at 730am btw) and we were able to get an appointment the same day from 10am-12pm. We chose Precision because of their good reviews when our 14 year old garage door opener stopped working. They worked us into their schedule the same day we called - which was great! They arrived when they said they would and gave us a complete explanation of what our garage door needed and why. Gilbert was our technician and I highly recommend him. He was professional, helped us program all our remotes and keypad, and made sure we were happy with everything before he left. It only took about a couple of hours and we were back up and running with a smooth, quiet garage door again.
