I'm a recurring customer of Precision and have always had superior service from them. I recently had the door bracket that the opener is attached to fail rendering the door unusable. I called then for service hoping to at least get some help within a day or so. Their response was immediate and the technician, Nate Lewis, was at my home in less than an hour. He was the consummate professional and a very pleasant person to deal with. He had the prtoblem solved and r epaired in less than an hour. They are up front on their services and prices, the technician provided information on the installation, preventive maintenance, operation of the remote, key pad and panel. He also pointed out similar problem areas that would eventually need repair or a new garage door in the end. He told me that fixing the pending problems would temporarily solve what ultimately is going to require a new door and gave me estimates as to the price of a new door. There was no pressure to buy a new door he was just being thorough.

On October 4th, Shane arrived to assess and fix the sticking of both garage doors. In just a few minutes, he discovered the problem, which needed new weather stripping on the outside of the doors. He called in the solution, as it required the door frame tech to fix it. Shane removed the old rollers which were wobbling and replaced them with longer rollers. Jeremiah, the frame door tech came out later that day, and replaced the outside frame and weather stripping. Our doors, which used to stutter before opening and made a lot of noise, now run as smooth as silk.I've used 2 other garage door companies in Jacksonville, and none of them were as good and attentive as Precision.I've been in my home for 14 years, and the garage doors have never run better. I will only use Precision from now on.
