Great service. Technician Riley communicated professionally through out the repair. From the time on site, then after the diagnosis of the problem, and finally a repair plan with associated cost. Thanks for having the parts on hand. This is not the first time I have had service here, and it will not be the last. The only recommendation I have is I wish you had a sticker on the Door to remind me who to call when we need service. Thanks again.

I selected Precision to service my daughter's garage door. The rubber at the bottom of the door needed replacing and the door needed lubrication and minor adjustment. The technician called 30 minutes prior to the appointment to advise me he would arrive on time. Upon his arrival he inspected the door and advised me of what it would need as well as the final cost of the service. He proceeded to complete the work and then walked me through what maintenance I should do to insure that the door was well lubricated and the new bottom rubber remained soft. He answered all my questions and concerns and completed the service call. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision to my family and friends and I will use them in the future to repair or replace my garage door when the need arises. I selected Precision due to the wonderful reviews and 5 star ratings they received. I was not disappointed. The technician was probably the best I have ever encountered in my 73 years. He was highly knowledgeable and willing to share that knowledge with me. I could not be more satisfied.

I was impressed from the moment I called. The receptionist was very cordial and made me feel like I was important. I was so happy that someone would be out within 2 hours of my call! Awesome service and a very efficient and polite service technician! This was an emergency call because our garage door had become jammed and was in several pieces....we really didn't want to have our garage open all night long....a quick call to Precision and our door was put back together and was literally "back on track" once again! Not only were we not charged for an after hours emergency call, but the technician was here within an hour of making the call! Recommend Precision for ALL your garage door needs!
