Mike (impossible to spell last name) did a great job to fix a difficult situation. Looks like the overhead garage system became undone and he was able to put it back in short order. Very friendly, put up with all my questions, etc. I hope its fixed for good, but I would have no hesitancy in calling on him in the future or recommending him to friends who need repairs.

Our garage door opener did not work correctly with intermittent opening and closing. Cameron came to our home promptly, assessed our garage door opener which was 20 years old, and then carefully replaced it with a new model which is very efficient and so much quieter. Cameron was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and set up the opener remotes for us. Precision has been great - we will def call again if necessary!
