Broken Garage Door Spring Repair

I found Precision Garage on line. Their website was professional and they had received many positive reviews. The technician (Wess) showed up on time and was very professional. Due to the fact that a spring had broken the lifting arm had put a slight dent in the top panel causing the door to rub and get stuck even with the new springs. It seemed as if I would be forced to buy not only a new double door but also a single door in order to match. My style was no longer available. Wess made a call to a fellow technician and other options to try were discussed. After changing out one spring for a smaller one the problem was solved. They could have easily told me I needed to buy two garage doors for $1200 and I would have done it. Instead, I WAS TREATED HONESTLY AND FAIRLY! I would definitely recommend Precision Garage to everyone.
