Chad even went beyond my order of providing remotes and setting them up. He explained and demonstrated how and where to oil the garage door. Much quieter now and protecting the garage door. Wes Texas did an amazing job of putting in a new garage opener, some rails and cleaning up my existing door frames. Got all the controllers configured, car programmed and outdoor panel setup. Everything was explained in great detail and he was fast, friendly and efficient. Price was as estimated by their friendly service and I was more than happy to use a well known company that is locally owned and does good work for a fair price.

I noticed that something was going on with my garage door. I was happy to see that they had saying day service. The tech was in contact with me, asked if he could come early because he had finished up his job. I was totally happy with that. When Nate got there, I explained the situation and then he took time to look and see what was going on. Explain thoroughly what was wrong and that I would need a new motor. This was not surprising to me because I’ve had the same motor since 2002. he then came up with an estimate based on what I was able to pay. Went through my options and then took an hour to install everything. He then went over how everything worked. And then I was able to pay right there. Nate knows his stuff and I was very happy with the end results. This is the second time I’ve used precision, garage door service and I was happy both times
