Joe Askew was the technician who performed the replacement of springs and bearings in addition to a complete inspection followed by preventive maintenance. Joe explained the existing condition of the door & provided options relative to repairs required to bring the door back to the necessary operational conditions. This was all done prior to any work being performed. The estimated cost was equal to the final cost. I was very pleased with the work performed and the professionalism displayed by Joe. Outstanding service. Plenty of accurate information about time of arrival and identification of the tech. Alex was knowledgeable and thorough. He made an adjustment that got the door working again. He did not try to sell me anything, but asked if there was anything else he could do. He showed me how to properly lubricate the door, and when asked, rapidly changed the rollers from steel to nylon to reduce noise. Straight shooters.
