From the time I called the office, I was impressed. The receptionist was very polite, and after we got cut off she called me back and arranged an appt that was 3 hours after I called. Joe showed up right on time, explained to me why the spring broke and as much use as our garage door gets, he suggested an upgraded spring. He finished is 30-40 minutes and explained everything he was doing. What a pleasure to do business with Precision.

Joe and Jason were terrific. I needed to get the garage door up before appliances were to be installed at 1pm. They arrived before the time frame I was given. Thought the 10 year old springs were too strong for the door. 30 year old opener was working ok. Didn’t think I needed to replace it now, but suggested I might want to change the springs; which I decided to do. Did not want to worry about getting stuck in the garage again! Would definitely recommend this company! Prompt, friendly and very professional! The springs weren’t broken. I decided to replace them to prevent that from happening.
