Joe, the technician, just left. I am still reveling in his honesty and approach to first discuss why I thought I would need a new garage opener. We had lost the remote, online said unit was too old so no replacement made today. Joe had the remote, coupled it with my car opener, checked and adjusted the chain and spring and rubber cushion and declared all ok for now. His recommendation was we do another inspection next year when spring would be replaced for age. I couldn't ask for a better technician and his efficient service.
