I called Precision because my torsion spring broke. They immediately scheduled me for a service appointment the very next day. Lee (service technician) called me when he was on his way. Upon arrival, he told me that I needed torsion springs and nylon rollers. He was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He did not try to "upsell" me! My garage door is like new!
