My double garage door stopped working, for no obviously apparent reason. So I called Precision Garage Doors, at 5pm on a Tuesday evening. Honestly I was expecting voicemail, but to my surprise they answered on the second ring. The lady I booked with took my details, told me they could fit me in at 10am the next morning. At 9.30am the next day Colton arrived, having both sent me his details (with photo) in advance and asking if it was ok to arrive early. Colton fit the door, by replacing the ten year old drive mechanism and the electronics. He also rewired the device, as well as install new switches. He also reprogrammed all my old remotes. All of this was done in 2 hours. The interaction with Precision Garage Doors and Colton inparticular was second to none, a deeply impressive setup, highly recommended.

Fast response after first call. After initial uncertainty about cause of problem (not for a lack of trying!), technician Thomas came back two days later and completely repaired the issue. His professional and personal demeanor were both excellent. He went through a comprehensive battery of tests....as well as follow up consultation with manufacturer personnel....to zero in on the specific culprit. Then quickly replaced part/get the door opener up and running/programmed remotes, etc. Final charge was more than fair. Communication by Thomas, as well as by company in general was A+. My Tech, William Fletcher, called me about twenty minutes before he was going to arrive to my house, which was also earlier than scheduled, so we were off to a great start! My garage door had been hit over the weekend so not only were the springs broken, the door jamb was bent, multiple rollers were blown our and the door unit was out of plum. I was concerned this was going to be a challenging and costly repair. William was able to provide me a price for a total repair and an alternate price for an entire new door, all within 15 minutes of showing up to my house.
