The springs in our garage door broke I called Precision Garage Door and they set me up with an appointment for the same day between 2-4. Colton was here at 1:45 looked at the door advise led what was wrong and fixed it all within the same day. Colton was very knowledgeable and explained everything so we understood without going above our heads. Will definitely keep this number handy should I need anything further for our garage door needs. Way to shine in excellent customer service

Brendan was on time, professional, and thorough. He checked all parts of the garage door and offered a quote that would fix the immediate problem, a quote to replace parts that were looking the most worn, and a quote to replace moving parts that impact wear and tear. There was no pressure to choose any of them and he was very clear and up front with how the parts work and what service he was happy to incur. I was very pleased with the overall experience.
