Tyler responded immediately to my online inquiry and Nick was on site at the scheduled time. He analyzed the problem on an old overhead barn door that was literally falling apart. He fixed it promptly with the parts and tools on the service truck. He provided maintenance procedures and a schedule to avoid future problems. I recommend Precision highly and will definitely contact Precision in the future for any overhead door issues.
