While in a hurry, I backed my car into my garage door that hadn't quite opened far enough. It was a very cold, snowy Friday night and my door wouldn't close afterward. I contacted Precision at 8:00 on a Friday night and was scheduled for an appointment the following morning. The technician arrived on time, was courteous and very helpful. He discussed options for repair as well as took time to change the light bulbs in my motor, which was above and beyond what I expected. He also took time out of his busy day to brainstorm new doors and what would look great on my house. Precision's service is top notch.

Precision sent a team of two to my home on Friday Nov 8 because my garage door would not close. They said they fixed it and it was simply the electronic eye (you stupid person). I said I thought it was a problem with a seam on the track causing it to stop. My garage door still does not close on several occasions the same day as service.
