We had our garage door replaced by Precision in January of this year 2024 we could not be more pleased with the the company every person that has come to our home has been of the utmost help and perfessional. The latest one William Fletcher come to fix a small problem but when I told him of another problem he fixed that also with no questions asked and did a wonderful job very knowledgeable and freindly I would recommend this company to anyone who is in the market to get their door fixed or replaced

Fast response after first call. After initial uncertainty about cause of problem (not for a lack of trying!), technician Thomas came back two days later and completely repaired the issue. His professional and personal demeanor were both excellent. He went through a comprehensive battery of tests....as well as follow up consultation with manufacturer personnel....to zero in on the specific culprit. Then quickly replaced part/get the door opener up and running/programmed remotes, etc. Final charge was more than fair. Communication by Thomas, as well as by company in general was A+. Highest recommendation.

My Tech, William Fletcher, called me about twenty minutes before he was going to arrive to my house, which was also earlier than scheduled, so we were off to a great start! My garage door had been hit over the weekend so not only were the springs broken, the door jamb was bent, multiple rollers were blown our and the door unit was out of plum. I was concerned this was going to be a challenging and costly repair. William was able to provide me a price for a total repair and an alternate price for an entire new door, all within 15 minutes of showing up to my house. We opted for the full repair and couldn't be happier. My wife and I are convinced the door actually works better than it did before this damage!! We'll certainly be working with Precision Door again! We had service done several weeks ago and were very pleased with the entire process. After the appointment our door opened and closed as quietly and as smoothly as it ever has since we’ve owned the home. However, this last weekend it developed a pretty loud squealing noise. Called Precision on Saturday. Colton arrived first thing Monday morning and evaluated the situation. He ended up replacing a defective bearing that eliminated the issue. From the initial online chat to schedule an appointment at my convenience to the "heads up" call on the day of service, the communication with Precision exceeded my expectations. Our tech Brett was great - he was prompt, polite, asked good questions to try to diagnose our issues and then offered options to address. We threw him a major curveball and he graciously rolled with it and ended up installing a whole new opener system that same afternoon. He walked us through everything after the install was complete, left our garage clean and there were no surprises with the final bill because he had already explained the costs before he started working. The springs in our garage door broke I called Precision Garage Door and they set me up with an appointment for the same day between 2-4. Colton was here at 1:45 looked at the door advise led what was wrong and fixed it all within the same day. I have nothing but the highest praise to give Brett as he was here right on time and gave the problem(s) a good looking over. He diagnosed the MAIN issue quickly as one of the cables had snapped and causing the door to twist as it was being lifted by the one good cable. He also noted the rollers were very worn and suggested I replace them. He then gave me a complete job estimate so were knew what we were looking at. I signed the paperwork and he was off and getting it DONE! 20+ minutes later he had completed everything and we walked thru what he had done and showed how smoothly and without problems the door now worked.
