Installer arrived on time and trouble shot the problem with our old garage door opener. We elected to have a new Belt Drive Garage Door Opener installed. The installer had the new garage door opener on his truck and completed the installation in about an hour. The installation was expertly performed. The installer lubricated the rollers on our garage door and programed the remote controller in my car. The new garage door with the belt drive is much quieter than the old garage door opener. My wife and I are very pleased with the new garage door opener and professional service from the Precision Door installer. This is the third garage door opener Precision Door has installed for us over the years. Excellent company.

Yes, expectations met! The fella's who did installation, Matt & Steve, were GREAT...Did a good job (as for as I can see now) and were most polite/pleasant to have working on my home--alround nice guys! As was every step of from 1st call & Russ was also professional & friendly! Thank y'all for not laughing at my 'blonde moment ' of backing into my door..Sheesh! Wink In general cudo's to ALL who I dealt with. Installed the new door & new opener-also set up the one my visor in car. Thanks guys.

I called for replacement of a broken garage door spring in the morning and the work was completed that afternoon. I had been unable to open the door with the broken spring and my car was trapped. I appreciated the same day service. The technician was professional and knowledgable. He examined all components on my 20 year old doors. I had him replace all door rollers, two springs and lubricate all components. Now, the doors opening smoothly. The work was completed in a little over an hour. I would highly recommend this company.
