Your technician, Jonathon, was prompt & efficient. I explained our dilemma & he completed a thorough trouble shooting. However, within 3 hrs post his departure, the malfunction occurred again. I am leaving town for several weeks & must have this remedied prior to my departure on Tues., 11/7. I rate Johnston a 5 star, but not the end result not to mention my $99 expense. HELP! asap.

Jonathan R was punctual, courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. We needed the garage door springs replaced, and he did so efficiently. He pointed out that our motor was likely to need replacing soon and quoted me some services that I will likely need soon. He did so without being pushy, and showed me why such services would be needed. I particularly liked the fact that the company actually employs their workers, which shows that they actually care for their technicians. While many other companies may want to use independent contractors, Precision Door Service appears to want to do right by their workers! I don't think I'll be hiring any other company to service my garage door. thank you!

Your technician was more interested in making a lot of money. I was given a quote of $950 to fix the problem. I got a brand new unit installed for one third his quote!!!! I will definitely not recommend this company. I may add : If a customer is happy he tells someone else. If not, he tells another 10 people.

Seven years ago I had Precision come and repair my garage door springs. We use our garage door as our front door so it gets a lot of use. I upgraded the springs and purchased a rebuilt package due to the life time warranty on parts. Recently one of the springs broke and the call was made. Jason called me first thing in the morning advising of an about time when he would arrive. He followed up with a phone call stating he was 30 minutes out. Jason made the repair and I only paid for the labor. Great company who backs their warranties and great customer service.

The young lady who answered the phone last Saturday was very professional and cordial. She scheduled an appointment for the following Monday between 8 and 12 am. Monday morning at around 8:30 am, mr. Kevin Antablian, Technician, called me to let me know he would arrive at my house in 15 minutes. Already I’m pleased with your company. I gave Kevin a 50-50 chance of fixing my garage door. Without elaborating, he fixed it 100 percent. It is better than when I bought the door 20 years ago. It’s a wooden door and I was sure it was beyond repair. Thank you Kevin.

I got screwed by your company. The technician (Trevor Jones) arrived at 5:40 pm. I was promised that the tech will arrived between 1 & 4 pm. The quotation for the fix was too much for me. I asked for a lower cost material and he said he doesn't have it and cannot get today and only have 15 more minutes to work. He forced me to pay the $29.95 service fee.

Started out fine. Tec. called and said he was running late. Than called and asked if he could come on Monday because he had to pick his Daughter up. I told him this would be OK. He thanked me and said he would waive the service call fee for my being understanding to his problem. Sunday morning at 0800 I get a call from my renter that the Garage door Tec. was there and needed to talk to me. It was a different Tec. than the one I talked to on Friday. He said the call center people must of messed it up and next time I shouldn't call that # He gave me a $800 est. I told him I needed to get two more est. because that sounded high to me. The next garage door guy quoted me $165. Just to be sure I called a third contractor his quote was $250. Are you guys a rip off a contractor or maybe the other guys don't know what there doing. I don't know. I'm going to tell this story to the BBB and the local TV station consumer advocate, maybe they can make sense of it. Ken Plumb
