The Technician Jason was here within 2 hours after a live chat with Jesse, as the door was jammed in the down position and I could not use the Emergency release to unlock and raise the door. Replaced the whole system with a new quiet belt drive and motor. Works great now and i am very please at the quality of the equipment and speed that this was resolved. The original was in service for 25 years.
