The original problem that I was having with my garage door, was that it would not close all the way for a short period of time. So, I looked in the yellow pages,and found Precision. I had seen at times Precision service vans on the road. So I called Precision and they had Hrach come over to check out the problem. He had my open and close the garage door, as he observed it from various angles. He was able to spot the problem, and told me that all he needed to do is tightened the chain, lubricate it, and other joints. After that it worked perfectly and quietly. Harsh also replaced an outside remote, and got it working. He was very nice, polite, and professional. I truly was overall happy with the service, and would use Precision again, and hopefully be able to get Hrach again.

Was able to schedule someone within a couple of hours, but since that didn't work for me, had someone come the following day. Technician Mike called before arriving and was within the expected four hour window. He did a great job explaining what needed to be replaced, what should be replaced, and what didn't need to be replaced. His iPad allowed a detailed work order and estimate to be generated immediately, and payment was handled the same way just as quickly. Very satisfied. Will call them again for regular maintenance.
